In 2009, I left a lucrative position as Vice President at a Fortune 100 company to pursue my passion- a career in speaking and training focusing on the needs of Latinas in corporate America. And so - The Corporate Latina- was born. During 20 years at senior executive roles, I found little to no help on what to do to succeed in corporate America, how to climb the corporate ladder, how to achieve work-life balance, how to master corporate communications and protocol and how to deal with conflict effectively within the corporate environment. I had to figure it out on my own. My mission is to equip Latinas and other women of color with the skills and the insider tricks that they need to know and master in order to be able to unlock the doors to the corporate suite.
